Sexual harassment is defined as:
Any form of verbal, non-verbal or bodily behavior with a connotation or sexual nature, of which the guilty person knows or ought to know that it undermines the dignity of persons with regard to their gender.
Vexatious remarks or actions may therefore constitute sexual harassment where the person who is the perpetrator knows or ought to know that such remarks or gestures are inappropriate and constitute sexual advances or unwanted sexual interest.

- Unwanted and repeated sexual propositions
- Repeated remarks on the look, the clothing that make you feel uncomfortable
- Sexual comments
- Intrusive and repetitive questions or confidences about privacy
- Unwanted pressing invitations
- Sexist insults
- Promises or threats of a sexual nature
- Intimate photos taken or spread without your consent
Harassment has multiple psychological and social consequences. It has an impact on physical and mental health, social relations, career or studies. At the level of the institution, it degrades the quality of life at work / during studies and constitutes an obstacle to equality.
