You've been selected by our DD Partner University to complete your master program at UCLouvain/Economics School of Louvain.
DOUBLE DEGREE International students
1st STEP: You now have to officially enrol at UCLouvain for the next academic year:
- Please complete the official UCLouvain online admission application procedure:
- Complete the online application form available here (click on Standard Enrollment and answer the questions).
- Please forward the pdf copy you will receive of your application to Mrs Catherine Maréchal (ESL International Office) specifying the name of the International Master you are applying for in the e-mail subject.
- Once the online application is finalized, you will receive an email confirmation from the Office of the Registrar requesting that you send them supporting documents. Please follow the exact procedure and do it as soon as possible.
QEM Program
For the QEM programme, students are exempted from sending copies of the documents as those documents should already be available in the QEM online platform. If you realise that some of the supporting documents requested by UCLouvain are not available in the QEM online platform, please append them to the email you send to Mrs Géraldine Carette (see point 1).
Your contact person at the Office of the Registrar (Central Level) is Mrs. Laura Haineaux. Your contact person at the Economics School (Faculty level) is Mrs Catherine Maréchal.
