Where to find my documents for the Visa application?
An automatically generated email will be sent from the UCLouvain Registrar Office with the UCLouvain ID (called “NOMA”) and the proof of registration. This e-mail should be sent by the end of June or by the end of December.
Your UCLouvain account (MyUCL) is now ready to be activated.
For students coming during the Fall semester, the account will only be accessible as of mid-July. For students coming during the Fall semester, your MyUCL account will be ready to be activated by mid-July.
To Activate your UCLouvain account - MyUCL
You can activate your UCLouvain account (write your “NOMA” in field 2 & your date of birth in the format dd month YYYY in field 3).
As soon as you activate your account, you’ll be able to download the Proof of Registration for your Visa & mobility grant applications.
This document is the sole official UCLouvain proof of registration; no need to get the original (students have to download this document themselves).
You may also add a picture to your MyUCL account in order to start the order of your student card.
