- Online: ‘My account’ using your global username.
- At library reception: in person or by phone or email.
Item pickup
For a reservation of a borrowed item, confirmation is via email for:
- UCL users;
- users who provided an email address.
Recommendation: Go to ‘My account’ to see whether your reservation awaits you.
