Grant in collaboration with Canada

UdeM- Uclouvain (MITACS-Globalink)

UCLouvain and the Université de Montréal (UdeM) have signed an agreement offering mobility grants to researchers from UCLouvain and UdeM to enable them to conduct research at the other university (INWARD and OUTWARD grants).

 

The proposed research stays can last from 12 to 24 weeks. The mobility grant contributes to cover travel and subsistence expenses. The amounts is CAD 6,000 for the entire stay. The OUTWARD grants comprise mixed funding from UCLouvain and Mitacs (Canadian funding agency). In the case of the INWARD grants, the funding comes from Mitacs. For the inward grant, the selection procedure is carried out by UdeM and Mitacs. UdeM researchers should contact their International Affairs Department.

WBI-Mitacs

MITACS and WBI has signed an agreement to offer mobility grants to researchers from university in Canada to enable them to conduct research in Belgium (the agreement is aslo available for researchers from Belgium willing to do research in a university in Canada). The proposed research stays can last from 12 to 24 weeks. The mobility grant contributes to covering travel and subsistence expenses and amounts to CAD 6,000 for the entire stay.
