Temporary scientific staff (assistants)
New assistantships dedicated to supervision and research are available every year in the faculties. The selection procedure is subject to a specific timetable.
Calls for applications take place in May. Consult the job vacancies for assistants from 1 May.
After the closing date for applications, administrative directors start the selection process.
2023-24 appointments
- The application procedure for assistants closes at midnight on 22 May 2023.
- Applicants are selected between 15 July and early September.
- From 17 July, applicants can follow the progress of their online application.
- The Human Resources Department contacts them personally as soon as it receives a decision.

Research logistician
Research logistician vacancies open sporadically throughout the year.
Eligibility requirements: applicants must hold a PhD.
At the end of the recruitment process, the research logistician is hired on a permanent contract.
